Now the work begins

The Simmer chamber door is closed and sealed, signifying the start of a two-month test campaign that wrapped up this week. Five engineers from the Thermal Division - part of the Mechanical Engineering department of ESA’s TEC directorate -  worked around-the-clock throughout the extended tests, even working through the Christmas break.
