The Astronomy booklet was first published in French as a free supplement to the Journal des Instituteurs of April 2007. This supplement was produced by Editions Nathan in close cooperation with the European Space Agency as part of the educational project ESERO (European Space Education Resource Office).
It is now available in 4 languages, French, English, Dutch and Spanish.
The booklet consists of background information on the history of astronomy, the Solar System and seasons; activity sheets for in the classroom; and Q&A sheets for the students.
