Watch the launch of Space Shuttle Endeavour STS-134 mission, with a crew of six including ESA astronaut Roberto Vittori, to the International Space Station on 29 April. Liftoff is scheduled for 21:47 CEST (19:47 GMT) and streaming begins one hour before.

Docking with the ISS is due two days later, on 1 May. During this two-week mission, STS-134 will deliver an instrument designed to track elusive antimatter and ‘dark matter’ in the Universe - the AMS-02 alpha magnetic spectrometer.
