COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATIONS

Students admitted to the course will have to pay to ECSL, at their earliest convenience and no later than the date indicated by ECSL, the relevant tuition fees (50, 200 or 800 Euros) via a bank transfer or a check (cash is not accepted).

Students are supposed to arrive in Rijeka on Sunday 28 August 2011 and to leave on Saturday 10 September 2011.

Students will have to buy their airplane or train tickets on their own; the ECSL will refund according to the table hereafter and upon receipt of the originals (boarding passes) and of the invoice of their payment.

200-400 euros - ECSL refund 75%
400-600 euros - ECSL refund 50%
>600 euros - lump sum: 300 euros

ECSL will cover your accommodation expenses in the place where the Summer Course will take place.

Students older than 27 years, professionals and students not coming from an ESA Member State should be considered on a non-priority basis and can not apply for the reimbursement of their travel expenses.
