Simulated seasonal soil moisture maps

Simulated seasonal soil moisture maps (winter at top, followed by spring, summer, autumn) of Europe and Africa. The units are 'cubic metre of water per cubic metre of soil'. These soil moisture maps were simulated by means of a soil-vegetation-atmosphere transfer scheme using climatological data.
