The Netherlands by night

The Netherlands captured by ESA astronaut André Kuipers from the International Space Station using NightPod. The largest cities of the Netherlands are clearly visible: Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam and The Hague. NightPod compensates for the Station’s movement as the orbital outpost flies over Earth, helping to keep night photos sharp.
