Water vapour

Test measurements of the martian atmosphere by the ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter’s NOMAD spectrometer, made on 6 March 2017. The spectra were acquired in with the infrared channel of the instrument, by looking at the sunlight reflected from the planet’s surface. It shows the presence of water vapour. The three colours represent three spectra taken at different times, as indicated in the legend.
