CDF for Arctic study

A systems of systems study on "Space for the Arctic" has been carried out by ESA's Concurrent Engineering Facility (CDF) and the results were presented at the Second "Arctic and Space" Workshop, held in Stockholm, Sweden, in June 2017 to ESA state members  and stakeholders in the arctic. Feedback during this workshop was taken into consideration and a preliminary technical assessment was performed at the beginning of July, of which this is the recording.
