esa-star registration

Entities wishing to do business with ESA should register on esa-star, ESA's online corporate application supporting the tendering process and the management of industry data. 

The esa-star Registration module (https://esastar-emr.sso.esa.int/) allows Entities to register with ESA in order to participate in the e-tender and purchase processes.

After validation by ESA, a unique Entity code is assigned.

Document formats apply:

• ‘Official' offer including signed cover letter shall be submitted in pdf format containing no dynamic content. 
• Additional attachments in other formats will be allowed as required by ESA, as long as their content is included in the “Official” “pdf.” file as well. 
• Only unencrypted files, which are not password protected can be uploaded. ESA ensures that files are encrypted after upload). 
• Maximum file size is 250 Mb per file.

Test the system before your Tender deadline:

It is recommended that you test the system with a preliminary version of your offer prior to the deadline, to make sure no last-minute problems arise (connection problems, authentication problems, incompatible document formats, ...)
