Lowering SYRACUSE 3B onto the launch vehicle
The SYRACUSE 3B spacecraft being lowered onto the top of the launch vehicle in the Final Assembly Building (Bâtiment d'Assemblage Final - BAF) at Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana on 3 August 2006. The photograph was taken with a wide-angle lens which caused the curved distortion of the image.
