The winner of ESA’s Special Prize in the European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC) 2009 Tim Springer from the German start-up company PosiTim. His proposal is a system that identifies positions in real time with centimetre accuracy. He is also the regional winner of Hesse, Germany.
