Presenting a gift to Romanian Foreign Minister

The signing of the accession to the ESA Convention by Romania took place at the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bucharest on 20 January 2011. Jean-Jacques Dordain, ESA Director General, presents Teodor Baconschi, Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, with a memento of the ESA Herschel mission.
