Multicarrier inauguration

The inauguration in Valencia of the high-power radio-frequency Multicarrier facility inaugurated by ESA and VSC in Spain. At centre is Philippe Perol, ESA Director of Technical and Quality Management, and Alejandro Font de Mora, Valencian Regional Minister of Education and President of VSC.
