Proba-3 Phase B2 signature

Diego Rodriguez, Space Department Director of SENER and Philippe Perol, ESA's Acting Director of Technical and Quality Management, signed the Proba-3 contract to manage the mission's Phase B2 at ESTEC on 30 March 2011
