From the record 91 proposals submitted for the ESA Innovation Prize 2011 in the European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC), the winner selected was the ‘twofloats’ system with a proximity service that tracks and tells registered users when they are close to each other. Members would never again miss an opportunity to meet.
