Luca Parmitano talking from ISS - EISC 2013

ESA’s Italian astronaut Luca Parmitano addressed the politicians attending the European Interparliamentary Space Conference (EISC) from the International Space Station. He spoke about the essential role that national parliaments have in education and encouraged young researchers to study hard and follow their dreams.
