Galileo second generation

Preliminary design for a Galileo Second Generation satellite in the 2020 timeframe, incorporating electric propulsion to reach its final orbit. The mass of the satellite would more than double, enabling a greatly expanded range of navigation services. An enlarged solar array would supply the electric thrusters.
