Cyanobacteria for hydrogen production

An idea proposed and selected through ESA's Open Space Innovation Platform (OSIP) would explore using cyanobacteria as a carbon-negative method of hydrogen production. The idea was proposed under the Campaign 'Towards a Sustainable Hydrogen Production Technology', which sought ideas for more environmentally, economically and socially sustainable ways to produce energy.
