Expedition 40 "Blue Dot" go for launch.

The Expedition 40 crew, with German ESA astronaut Alexander Gerst, arrived in Baikonur on May 15 for their final mission preparations prior to launch on 28 May. Today the State Commission will hear from the mssion managers and crew and give the go ahead for launch tomorrow night. Shortly afterwards, the crew will give a final media conference from their quarantine quarters.
