Aramis shows drinks can deformation

ESA’s Aramis 3D optical deformation analysis system being used during testing of an ordinary consumer drink can.

Increasing loads are placed on the aluminium can through the test, resulting in a deformation highlighted by Aramis. The flashing colours are the software's auto-scale feature which re-scales the colour map every few frames.
