ESA's Artemis satellite will be launched on 12 July 2001 on Ariane 5 from Europe's spaceport in Kourou. This programme includes the pre-launch Video News Release for this event, made of a 2'30"" A-roll plus an extended B-roll with footage on Artemis development and mission.

Launched from Europe's Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana, Artemis will blast into a geostationary orbit high above Africa. The satellite's mobile payload will ensure se
