Celebrating the UK’s strong cooperation with ESA
The opening of ESA’s Magali Vaissiere Conference Centre provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate the ESA Day in the UK.
ESA Days, organised in cooperation with member states, are an opportunity to communicate together on space achievements, future milestones and ambitions.
The event was captured by renowned space industry photographer Max Alexander in the images below.
Representatives at the event included ESA’s Director General Josef Aschbacher, the UK’s Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology Chloe Smith, UK Space Agency Chief Executive Paul Bate, and several other members of the UK and European space industries.
The opening of ESA’s Magali Vaissiere Conference Centre and the ESA Day in the UK took place on 11 July.
