Luis Vitor Zerkowski

I am a Graduate Trainee in Scientific Deep Learning, a math and visualization enthusiast, and an occasional writer. I hold a BSc in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam (UvA).

I work with Interdisciplinary AI, meaning I typically use my background in machine learning to study problems and prototype solutions in fields I've never explored before. My work is very connected with learning, which is also why I'm a great believer in the power of communication, intuition building and education.

To give you a sense of my recent work, I've used graph neural networks to study partenring relationships in dance duets, and developed a semantic embedding navigation paltform for an Indigenous people museum collection. I've also worked with 3D terrain modeling and land movement optimization, and with realistic spatial audio reconstruction for navigation.

On another note, I'm super excited to be working alongside the great minds of the ACT! I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of new adventure waits for me here!
