Nele Binder

Hi, I am Nele and I joined the ACT as an intern in July 2023. I finished my bachelor’s degree in biomimetics and am currently pursuing my Masters in Lightweight Engineering. My mission here is to help mitigate the damage done by micrometeoroids and space debris using nature’s blueprints. With the help of the Glyptodont’s evolution, the aim is to optimize High Velocity Impact Shielding.

Besides my work, I like climbing and being creative in painting and photography, with my fish usually being the motif of choice.
