4 - Distribution of ITTs/RFQs

The ITT/RFQ package is released by the Procurement Department to the potential Tenderers via the Electronic Mail Invitation to Tender System – EMITS.

Within EMITS, Tenderers will also find various general reference documents that are referred to in the ITT/RFQ, such as General clauses and Conditions for ESA contracts and PSS forms.

Any communication from the Agency during the tendering period shall be made exclusively via EMITS and therefore shall be available at the same time to all Tenderers.
