8 - Debriefing of unsuccessful Tenderers
Any unsuccessful Tenderer will receive a written notification by the time the contract has been signed with the selected contractor.
This notification shall contain all information related to the evaluation of the unsuccessful tender for each evaluation criteria of the ITT/RFQ. Such information is intended to help the unsuccessful Tenderer to identify the required improvements necessary in subsequent tenders to the Agency.
After receipt of such notification, the unsuccessful Tenderer may request a debriefing via tele/video conference with the Contracts Officer.
In this overall process, the unsuccessful Tenderer(s) will not obtain information regarding the other tender(s) that may have been submitted to the Agency in the frame of the ITT.
