Our search for a diverse pool of talent

The people who work at ESA are key to its success; their diverse nationalities, genders, cultural backgrounds, disciplines, and generations each make their own special contribution to the agency.

Since its creation in 1975, ESA has been a place of integration for Europe and its people, and it has been strengthened by the wealth and diversity of the cultures they represent. Bringing together differing perspectives is a key factor driving our achievements. ESA is proud to be a place where people value diversity in teams, take others' perspectives into account and feel supported in being themselves – regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age or working experience, sexual orientation, physical or mental challenges, ethnicity or educational, religious or social background. We therefore hope to welcome a similarly diverse audience at this online event!
