Being an intergovernmental organisation of public interest, the Agency promotes that everyone working at or with ESA behaves thoughtfully and responsibly, in full accountability for their actions and activities. It is of utmost importance that ESA’s activities are performed in a responsible, lawful, professional and ethical manner, in line with ESA’s Regulations and Rules.

ESA is committed to achieve this goal, through transparency and trust, and in particular by making sure that irregularities with respect to ESA’s Regulations and Rules can be reported, as described here, in a simple and easy way.

Prevention and detection of irregularities remain of particular importance to strengthen ESA’s position towards its stakeholders, as a public entity of major importance in Europe. For this purpose, it is key for the Agency to ensure a reliable and trusted internal control system.

For irregularities not related to any of the above-mentioned categories, the matter may be brought to the attention of ESA Internal Audit to the following address: report@esa.int.
