ESA accelerators
The Accelerators are a new kind of action-based partnerships between space and user stakeholders, fostering synergies between them around shared goals to solve global challenges.
The Accelerators aim to provide new ways of cooperation and action that lead the way to a more accessible, open, and user-driven space sector. The world is facing urgent challenges stemming from climate change and a rapidly shifting geopolitical landscape. The potential of space to tackle the major societal challenges is still largely untapped, despite new trends steering the sector towards a more user-oriented step. A new approach, based on user-driven cooperation and action, is required to accelerate the use of space. Accelerators provide decision-makers, industry, and society with the support they need to reach policy objectives and to tackle wider societal challenges more effectively. Discover more here.
