Europe seen by ERS-2 satellite

Europe and the Mediterranean Basin as seen in 1998 from the Along Track Scanning Radiometer (ATSR) flown onboard ERS-2, the European Remote Sensing Satellite of ESA.
More than 2500 standard frames collected in August 1998 were processed to build up this colour composite.
