The Andromeda mission crew (Claudie Haigneré, Viktor Afanassiev and Konstantin Kozeiev) visit the ISS Laboratory Module mock-up at NASA’s Johnson Space Centre in Houston (27 August 2001).
The Andromeda mission to the ISS (International Space Station), is scheduled for 21-31 October 2001.
Claudie Haigneré will be the first European woman to work aboard the ISS (International Space Station).
The research programme for the French-Russian mission Andromeda, was defined and coordinated by the French space agency CNES.
