Contract signed between ESA and prime contractor Astrium
A contract was signed on 25 February 2002 at the European Space Agency's ESTEC centre in Noordwijk between ESA and the prime contractor, Astrium (Germany) for the development of the Cryosystem: a combined set of facilities for the optimal preparation, preservation and storage of biological samples and protein crystals at extremely low temperatures.
