Go to topicA new cooker hood for kitchens is now on the marked based upon space technology. By using the same principle as used by ESA to control fast moving objects such as rockets and satellites it is now possible to capture near 100% all fumes. To the left is seen the airflow under a conventional cooker hood with fumes escaping around and above the hood. To the right is seen the capture of almost 100% fumes by the new cooker hood.
