Clumps in the F Ring

Clumps seemingly embedded within Saturn's narrow, outermost F ring can be seen in these two Cassini narrow-angle camera images taken on 23 February 2004 from a distance of 62.9 million kilometres. The images were taken nearly two hours apart using the camera's broadband green filter, centred at 568 nanometres. Image scale of the high-resolution image is 377 kilometres per pixel.
