Go to topicIn recent years Khrunichev has developed a new generation launch vehicle family to cover the injection of both small spacecraft into low Earth orbit (LEO) and heavy satellites into geostationary Earth orbit GEO). Khrunichev’s plans are to produce light, medium and heavy class Angara launchers. A launcher powered with two engines would be in the light class, one with four engines in the medium class and one with six engines in the heavy class.
