Strela Launch Vehicle

Strela was converted into a launch vehicle from the RS-18 ICBM’s prototype the UR-100N (SS-19) missile, by NPO Mashinostoyeniya with a minimum of changes. With two fairing options and improved control system software Strela will be launched from an upgraded silo at Svobodny.
