Movie showing test deployment of Venus Express solar array

Venus Express is nearing completion now as both gallium arsenide solar array 'wings' are attached to spacecraft and tested. The solar arrays will provide the required 1100 Watts of power to the spacecraft systems. This animated sequence shows the successful installation and test of the '+Y-wing' on 13 September 2005.
