Doppler shifts in gamma rays caused by galactic rotation

Expected line shifts in gamma radiation from decay of Al 26 caused by the Doppler effect along the plane of the galaxy, as they result from galactic rotation. The modelled distribution of sources (coloured) agree with the measured line position changes from Integral (crosses).
