Lowering the upper composite onto the launch vehicle
The upper composite, made up of JCSAT-10, the SYLDA 5 payload carrier and the launcher fairing, being lowered onto the top of the launch vehicle in the Final Assembly Building (Bâtiment d'Assemblage Final - BAF) at Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana on 5 August 2006. The photograph was taken with a wide-angle lens which caused the curved distortion of the image.
