Haze of the smoke over Greece, covering in particular the area of Olympia. The image was acquired on 27 August 2007 by Envisat's Medium Resolution Imaging Spectrometer (MERIS) optical instrument, while working in Full Resolution mode to provide a spatial resolution of 300 metres.
