SMOS in the Large Space Simulator

SMOS in the Large Space Simulator at ESA's test facilities at ESTEC in the Netherlands in March 2007. The Large Space Simulator is a large vacuum tank in which beams of light six metres in diameter are used to simulate the solar radiation that a satellite would experience in orbit around Earth.
