Announcement of the UK Space Agency on 23 March

ESA Director General Jean-Jacques Dordain, UK's Minister for Science and Innovation, Lord Drayson, and Andy Green, CEO of Logica, at the announcement of the new UK Space Agency in London on 23 March 2010. The agency itself comes into being on 1 April.
