ARTIS remote set-up

This is the remote end of the end-to-end ARTIS system: a joystick, a video screen showing the real-time ultrasound results and an optional webcam screen to observe how the assistant is holding the ARTIS device. The ARTIS system can operate either through a terrestrial broadband link or a satellite relay.
