An eruption blasts from the Sun on JHelioviewer

A screenshot from the program JHelioviewer, developed by ESA. The solar image was taken by the ESA/NASA's Solar and Heliospheric Observatory. It shows an eruption of particles called a coronal mass ejection, blasting away from the Sun.
