PulsEar heart-rate measurement

The PulsEar device developed by Swiss company CSEM is a fully integrated heart-rate measurement system. The heart activity sensor is embedded into a commercial earphone and the heart rate is displayed in real time on an iPhone. PulsEar's underlying monitoring technology was originally developed for ESA's Long Term Medical Survey, researching human behaviour during future long space missions.
