Platform and payload modules meet

The platform and payload modules of the first Galileo Full Operational Capability satellite are assembled in a cleanroom at OHB Bremen. As prime contractor, OHB is responsible for the satellite platform and integration, while Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd in Guildford, UK, has produced the payload module that will provide navigation services.
