The fifth Dragon 2 Programme symposium took place in Beijing, China, on 25–29 June. The symposium brought together some 400 scientists and marked the closing of Dragon 2 and start of Dragon 3. The Dragon Programme is a joint undertaking between ESA and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China that encourages the increased use of ESA, Third Party Missions and Chinese Earth observation satellite data within China.
