Bedrest cooking

A technician prepares a meal for bedrest volunteers. During their 21 days in bed, the volunteers are given a strictly controlled diet.  Meals are strictly controlled and prepared with ingredients measured down to the gram. If you require a special diet for whatever reason, you cannot take part. 

Bedrest studies can answer questions on how our bodies adapt to living in space and adapt to growing old.
