Luca Parmitano salutes in tribute to Russian space icons

ESA astronaut Luca Parmitano, a major in the Italian Air Force, salutes in tribute to cosmonauts interred in the Kremlin Wall during a tour of Red Square and the Kremlin in Moscow, 8 May 2013.

Luca and his two crewmates are preparing for their launch, 29 May 2013, Kazakh time, in the Soyuz TMA-09M spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan for a long duration mission to the International Space Station.
