Envihab’s gravity machine

One of Envihab’s jewels is found in the central part of the building – this circular room accommodates a new short-arm centrifuge for creating artificial gravity. The centrifuge allows scientists to run subjects at different hypergravity levels to probe, for example, the medical risks of returning to full gravity after an extended stay in weightlessness.
